Why we like it
The all-inclusive angle means you're not nickel-and-dimed on meals and drinks once you're there — useful if you want a stress-free break. Albufeira itself is touristy but lively, with beaches and a decent nightlife strip if that's your thing. Late September is a sweet spot: the Atlantic is still warm enough for swimming, summer crowds have thinned out, and you'll find better value in local restaurants.
