The deal
Return flights to Chongqing with China Southern, departing October–December 2026 at £422 per person. Includes one free checked baggage allowance.
Why we like it
Long-haul to China at this price is rare. Chongqing's worth the trip too — steep mountains, dramatic Yangtze scenery, and some of the best food in the country if you can handle the heat. The free bag saves you a tenner or two versus budget carriers.
One thing to clock: you'll almost certainly have a stopover (China Southern doesn't fly direct from the UK), so factor in connection time. Also check what your home airport is before you commit — the price may vary by departure point.
How to book
Head to China Southern's site or check Jack's Flight Club for the full routing and exact dates within that October–December window. Prices on flight deals move fast, so don't sleep on it if the dates work for you.
