Premium economy to Seoul for under £1,100 return? That's a proper saving on long-haul. Star Alliance carriers are serving this one across multiple seasons, so you've got genuine flexibility.
The deal
Premium economy return flights to Seoul from £1,080 per person. Available October through June via Star Alliance (that's Lufthansa, United, ANA, and other member carriers). You're looking at genuine premium cabin pricing here — more legroom, better food, priority boarding — without the business class ticket shock.
Why we like it
Seoul's worth the journey: tech, food, nightlife, and temples without the London crowds. Premium economy is the sweet spot for long-haul if you've got a bit of budget but don't need the full flat-bed treatment. The seasonal spread (Oct–Jun) gives you actual choice — autumn's pleasant, winter's snowy if that appeals, and you dodge peak summer rates.
One catch: check which Star Alliance carrier you're actually flying. Some offer genuinely plush premium economy; others are a bit of a middle ground. Read the seat specs before committing.
How to book
Head to Jack's Flight Club — they've collated the Star Alliance options across the period. You'll want to check individual airline sites once you've spotted a date that works, as availability can be patchy and prices shift. Dates matter here: October and early November tend to be keener than later winter slots.
