The deal
Return flights to Akureyri, Iceland from £50 per person with easyJet. Available November 2026 through January, with fares ranging from £50–£70 return depending on your dates.
Why we like it
Akureyri sits in the north and genuinely offers something different from the Reykjavík circuit—fewer tourists, access to different hiking and waterfalls, and a proper town feel. Winter flights at this price are rare enough to pay attention.
The £50 base price is genuine budget territory. You'll want to factor in bags and seat selection, mind you, which easyJet will charge separately.
One thing to remember: northern Iceland in winter means limited daylight and unpredictable weather. Book accommodation and transport before you go.
