The deal
Return flights from Manchester to San Jose, Costa Rica. Price range: £511–£526 per person. Travel window: November–December 2026. Flights only — you'll sort your own accommodation.
Why we like it
San Jose isn't the Caribbean; it's proper rainforest country with zip-lining, wildlife, and coffee plantations within easy reach. At this price point for a long-haul return, you're not paying premium rates for peak season either — you're getting November/December without August prices.
Jack's Flight Club specialises in spotting these gaps, so they've done the legwork. One small catch: you'll need to be a member to access the deal (free to join, but they'll push their paid tier). Also, at the lower end of that price range, seats shift quickly — don't dilly-dally if it catches your eye.
How to book
Head to Jack's Flight Club, create an account if you haven't already, and search for San Jose departures in their November–December window. They'll show you the specific outbound and return dates that hit that price. Book direct with the airline once you've confirmed your dates.
