Why we like it
Lapland trips with the big tour operators often cost £1,000 or more per person. This one is four nights in a proper 4★ hotel in the middle of Rovaniemi for the price of a weekend in Brighton. The money you save goes on the bits the kids will remember: a husky ride through the forest, feeding reindeer, and crossing the Arctic Circle at Santa Claus Village. HolidayPirates flags it as a last-minute deal, so book fast.

How to book
Check the flight price first and book it straight away if it is still cheap, because these fares go quickly. Then book the hotel for the same dates. Pre-book the husky and reindeer trips as soon as you have dates, because the December slots sell out first, and pack proper thermals. Our Swedish Lapland festive break is another option, and there are more festive trips in our Christmas markets 2026 guide. Take out travel insurance, because this is not a package. Prices correct at time of writing (20 October 2026).
