Why we like it
The Cascate del Mulino are natural waterfalls and warm thermal pools in southern Tuscany, and the hotel is five minutes away, so you can soak in the springs and be back at the infinity pool by lunch. The hotel is roughly 1 hour 50 minutes from the airport, so you only lose an afternoon to the journey. It's a slow, spa-style autumn break for under £200 each, flights included.
