BTID Pier on the Pier dance weekender Blackpool
FROM £105 pp · BTID Pier on the Pier returns to Blackpool's North Pier 23–24 May. Dance weekender from £105.
BTID Pier on the Pier is back on Blackpool's North Pier for a two-day dance weekender. Tickets start at £105 — not bad for a festival built around one of the UK's most storied venues.
The deal
BTID Pier on the Pier, 23–24 May 2026. Two-day dance festival on Blackpool North Pier. Tickets from £105. This is a ticketed event, not an accommodation package — you'll need to sort your own lodging if you're travelling from outside the area.
Why we like it
North Pier is a proper setting for a dance festival — Victorian ironwork, seaside grit, and a dance floor with actual character. The price is reasonable for a dedicated two-day weekender. If you're anywhere within striking distance of Lancashire, it's an easy weekend bolt-on rather than a full holiday commitment.
Worth noting: you're paying for the festival itself, not travel or accommodation. Budget separately for a hotel or Airbnb in Blackpool if you're coming from afar. The North West rail network makes getting there straightforward from most of the country.
How to book
Head straight to the festival website or the original BTID channels for ticket availability and any tier pricing (early-bird, full-price, etc.). Blackpool itself has plenty of mid-range hotels and budget options if you need somewhere to crash, though book soon — May weekends fill up quickly near the piers.
