Monthly £50 Travel Card Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Wayne Nixon, trading as The Boarding Pass Club, United Kingdom (the "Promoter"). Correspondence: wayne@theboardingpassclub.com.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• One entry per person per monthly draw period.
• Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

3. How to enter

To enter, subscribe to The Boarding Pass Club newsletter at theboardingpassclub.com by submitting your email address via any signup form on the website. There is no purchase necessary and entry is completely free.

Confirmation of your subscription (by clicking the verification link sent to your email) is required for your entry to be valid.

4. Closing date

Each monthly draw period runs from 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month to 23:59 on the last day of that calendar month (UK time). Subscriptions confirmed during that period will be entered into that month's draw.

5. Prize

Each monthly winner will receive one £50 Inspire Travel Card delivered by email. The Inspire Travel Card is a gift card redeemable at participating UK travel retailers including (but not limited to) TUI, Jet2holidays, Booking.com, Travelodge, Premier Inn, Trainline, Hays Travel, lastminute.com, On the Beach, Loveholidays, Travel Republic, Holiday Extras and National Express. The full list of participating retailers and any restrictions on redemption are governed by the Inspire Travel Card's own terms, which the winner accepts on receipt.

The Promoter has no control over the participating retailers or the operation of the Inspire Travel Card itself. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the close of each monthly draw period. The draw will be conducted using a cryptographically random selection script run by the Promoter, drawing from the full list of active newsletter subscribers at the time of the draw.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email to the address used to enter, within 5 working days of the draw. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

8. Winner publicity

The winner consents to their first name and county being announced on theboardingpassclub.com and on the Promoter's social channels. The winner may opt out of publicity by stating this in their acceptance email, in which case the Promoter will refer only to "an anonymous winner".

9. Data protection

Personal data submitted in entry will be used solely to administer the prize draw and (where consent is given) to deliver the newsletter the entrant has subscribed to. Data will not be sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Entrants may withdraw from the draw at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

10. General

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or not received due to technical issues.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw at any time with prior notice on this page.
• These terms are governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

11. No association

This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Inspire, Love2shop, Park Group, or any of the participating travel retailers named.
