What's on

Laugh in the Park Part 1 kicks off on 11 July from 7pm to 10pm at Queens Park Arena. Expect a strong line-up of established Scottish comedians doing what they do best—making a crowd laugh on a Glasgow summer evening. It's the opening salvo of what's shaping up to be the festival's biggest year yet.

The vibe

This is comedy without the four walls. Queens Park provides the setting, the comedians provide the material, and you bring your mates and a sense of humour. It's relaxed, outdoorsy, and genuinely funny—no pretension, just solid stand-up with Glasgow at your back.

Getting tickets

Tickets are available now through Skiddle. Pricing varies depending on how early you book, so don't sleep on it. This is a popular event and spaces do shift quickly, especially for the opener of the festival run.

Where to stay

Queens Park sits comfortably on Glasgow's Southside, with plenty of accommodation within easy reach of the venue. We've picked a selection of hotels nearby below to make your trip stress-free.
