What's on

On The Beach 2026 runs from 2pm to 10.30pm on Friday 24 July. Madness headline with their full Madrophenia experience, joined by DJ legend David Rodigan and the New Orleans firepower of Hot 8 Brass Band. Expect a mix of classic ska, reggae and live brass energy across the afternoon and evening.

The vibe

Picture yourself on Brighton's pebbles with a crowd of reggae and ska enthusiasts, beers in hand, as the Nutty Boys work through their greatest hits. David Rodigan will keep the riddim going between sets, while Hot 8 Brass Band add that authentic New Orleans street-party feel. It's festival season meets seaside escape—proper British summer bank holiday chaos, in the best way.
