What's on

Running from Friday 12 June through to Sunday 14 June, Moovin is a three-day festival mixing electronic music with soulful and reggae sounds. Expect bass-heavy sets, funk grooves, reggae vibes, house tracks and high-octane drum & bass across the weekend. It's 18+ only.

The vibe

Picture a proper farm setting in Stockport where the music doesn't stop until late into Sunday night. There's something inherently good about dancing to heavy bass in open countryside—less claustrophobic than a warehouse, more raw than a city centre club. The mix of genres means there's something for electronic purists and funkier souls alike.

Getting tickets

Tickets are available through Skiddle. Early bird and weekend passes typically offer the best value, though we'd recommend checking the festival website for exact pricing and any tier releases, as these sell out quickly on mixed-genre weekends.

Where to stay

Stockport has decent options nearby, and we've picked out some hotels within easy reach of Whitebottom Farm below. If you're coming from Manchester proper, it's only ten minutes south, so accommodation there works too if you fancy avoiding the festival campsite.
